One Christmas, I was gifted a book called Teach Your Kids to Code. That book sparked my interest in programming and I've been coding ever since. From being the vice president of my high school's computer science club to then going to college for computer science, I've always had a passion for coding. My college career started at Mohawk Valley Community College where I earned my associates degree in computer science, and had two internships. The first being at WURTH NSI where I was a web development co-op. My second which I have been at for over two consecutive years is with Griffis Institute where have been working at AFRL Information Directorate. I then transferred to SUNY Polytechnic Institute as a BS/MS student where I am now working on my bachelor's degree in computer science.
Currently I am working with developing multiple plugins for the application known as Android Team Awarness Kit at my current internship with Griffis Institute.
What I think sets me apart is my problem solving style where I come up with brute force solutions intially and then refine my rock like solution into a polished gem of a solution. I am also a very quick learner and can pick up new technologies and languages quickly by utilizing my research skills. I am also very good at working in a team and can communicate effectively with my team members as I have been working proffesionally for almost three years. I am also very good at working under pressure and can meet deadlines effectively as I love to finish projects as soon as possible.
